Bind The gap has committed and agreed to provide scholarships to students determined by NICEV and BIND THE GAP who are either attending or wishing to attend schools operated by NICEV but lack sufficient financial support. This program will focus on kids a) who have lost their parents or b) have been affected by earthquakes or natural disasters and need support for education. Bind The Gap will be covering the total annual costs of tuition, meals, transportation, books, and uniforms each year for selected students. 

NICEV is operating “ODTÜ Gelistirme Vakfi Private Nigde Schools” and “NICEV Private Science and Anatolian High Schools”. NICEV’s aim is to raise their students, who are the fundamental element of the education system, as youth who are sharing, participative, questioning, self-confident, productive, creative, responsible, and prioritize scientific thinking by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and values required by contemporary life in an environment that values the differences among learners. NICEV’s vision is 1/ To work towards establishing an education system that is based on science, encourages research, is founded on analytical thinking, and supports secularism.  2/To strive for equal opportunity in education. 3/To provide scholarships so that successful students can receive quality education. 4/To establish and operate schools for all levels of education. To conduct and support scientific research.5/ To carry out studies for students with special education needs. To provide professional development training for teachers.
